Great staff. Very caring and helpful

I recently received chiropractic care at GoToOrtho clinic in Tigard, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly nice and took the time to answer all my questions, which set a positive tone for my visit. The chiropractor was attentive and genuinely listened to my concerns. He did an excellent job addressing the pain I’ve been suffering from for quite a while. In fact, he provided more effective relief than an orthopedic doctor I had seen just a few days prior. He even identified that one of my legs was shorter and created a tailored treatment plan for me, taking the time to explain everything in detail. What really stands out is the compassion and knowledge of the staff. They offer alternatives to traditional orthopedic treatments that feel more holistic and patient-centered. Additionally, the convenience of being able to walk in without an appointment is a huge plus. I plan to continue my treatment with them and am optimistic about improving my condition without the need for major surgery. I highly recommend GoToOrtho Clinic for anyone seeking chiropractic care!

Visit was positive, receptionist Olivia and phone contact Kendra made us feel welcomed. As a walk-in place, patients were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Contact with doctor was friendly and very satisfactory.

I was referred by Urgent Care to see someone at Go to Ortho regarding my dislocated little finger. I am very happy with the care I have received so far. First at the Beaverton office where they pulled my finger back in place and put it in a splint, and then at the Lake Oswego office a week later. There they made sure everything was in order and gave me some exercises to get my strength and flexibility back in my fingers and hand.

So far pretty good, nice staff and doctors. Quick reply even via emails. I mostly see Etty for splints and finger very responsive to questions so far no complaints 👌.

First class experience all the way. They got me in right away, they took care of my injury promptly and compassionately, and they sent me on my way with a full understanding of what I needed to do and what the next steps would be. I highly recommend.

Dr. Erickson was great! He and the rest of the team treated me very well - the Dr. Made me at ease instantly, joking and sharing his own injury story, which helped me to relax and gave me confidence in him, along with alot less worrying about my injury. Very professional. Thorough. Super friendly. I have zero complaints, only praise. Awesome!
