Super fast and they still make the time to ensure you understand your injury. Walked in, did paperwork, got an x-ray and the results in less than an hour. Couldn't recommend enough.

I fell walking and was referred there after my trip to urgent care. Everyone was caring, helpful and supportive. The ortho even made me laugh by giving me the “fun” name for my broken bone. They made a difficult morning much easier.

Wow. Just wow. In a time where the US medical system is in serious crisis, I have become bleakly accustomed to not being listened to, long waits, subpar care, burnt out staff, lack of empathy, and having to do all the work to get the care I need, walking into GoToO was like walking into heaven. I suffered a dog bite and thumb fracture over the weekend and was referred to a different ortho group who could not see me for several days, and far from my home. I needed to be seen right away and walked in on Monday morning. From beginning to end, the staff was warm, caring, patient, and compassionate. They explained my injury to me and expected treatment in great detail, making sure I fully understood. I felt so supported and well-cared for. Although I was certainly overwhelmed by the prospect of having hand surgery and medical leave, I was also overwhelmed by how amazing the entire staff and experience was. You can tell that each person loves what they do and cares about each and every patient that comes through the door. 10/10 stars--truly top of the line patient care. So thankful to have chosen this group!!

I was not able to get in locally to have my suspected trigger finger looked at (and treated with a steroid injection) for two months, but knowing I'd be in Beaverton the following week, I was able to make an appointment and get seen and treated much sooner. It was a great relief to get in so quickly and the service was great.
