Phenomenal, After my primary care sent me to the wrong location the receptionist and the whole team there was willing to help me get to the right place that I needed to be and on top of that gave me the correct referral I needed. As we get older, going to the doctor can be difficult. However, after breaking my wrist, I chose Go To Ortho. It wasn't the place my insurance company referred to me. I went here because of a doctor who I had the pleasure of helping me 12 years ago when still in school. he did such a great job then, I knew I had to go where he was. This clinic is outstanding everyone from the receptionist, the billing dept The physical therapy everything is top-notch. You really feel secure and know that you’re being taken care of. They listen to you, they hear you they look you in the eye. I have to go back again as soon as I get some strength and have them work on my ankle from 12 years ago, removing plates and screws. I know that they will take care of me equally again, so don’t doubt just go and you will experience what I have experienced. A top-notch down to earth compassion at every turn. They even brought a heater to the waiting room during cold weather. They do have a walk-in clinic so if you have an accident, it’s important that you go here. I hope I don’t break any more bones though🔥🔥😍🔥🔥

Ease of a walk in appointment. They also schedule appointments as well. We came if with opening of clinic so I think our total time from check in to being roomed was 20 minutes and provider was in to see us about 10-15 minutes after that. Our Pa seemed knowledgeable and reasonable on approach to treatment. We didn’t have a traumatic injury, so very low stress visit to begin with. Would recommend for the sheer fact that we didn’t have to wait weeks or more to be seen.

I really recommend going to a specialty urgent care like this. The doctor diagnosed my Achilles heel rupture right off the bat, knowing just what to look for, then got me a follow-up with a specialist right away. This was my “second try” urgent care visit, I wish I would have come here first. I went to a generic urgent care location first, and had a doctor tightly squeeze my lower calf, asked if it hurt, then said it probably wasn’t torn at all because there wasn’t much swelling (this was a an hour post injury). I went to Ortho for a second opinion, turns out it’s a full rupture. Glad I found somewhere that knows what that looks like and the proper way to check for it.
